Price
Contracted, not quoted
Committed monthly volume locks a rate for the quarter, so your price list stays valid between harvests.
Wholesale supply
Distributors and wholesalers need three things: the same grade every month, pricing they can build a margin on, and shipments that arrive when the forecast says they will. That is the whole programme.

Short, direct answers to the questions we get most often from importers, distributors and brand owners.
For loose bulk makhana the practical minimum is 500 kg for air freight and one container load for sea freight — around 6–8 MT in a 20ft container and 14–16 MT in a 40ft high cube, since makhana is very light and cubes out before it weighs out. For private label retail packs the MOQ is 1,000–5,000 units per SKU depending on pack format, driven by the printed-film minimum rather than by us. First-time buyers can start with a smaller trial shipment while a relationship is being established.
Samples reach you in 3–5 working days by courier. A confirmed bulk order is ready to ship in 10–15 days; repeat private label orders take 20–30 days, and a first private label run ships 5–7 weeks from artwork sign-off because pouch printing and tooling are added. Sea transit then depends on the lane — roughly 6–14 days to the Gulf, 19–26 days to Europe, 20–26 days to the UK, 26–34 days to the US east coast, and 8–12 days to Southeast Asia. Air freight lands anywhere in three to seven days.
Because we behave like a manufacturer, not a middleman. You get the same grade in every container because lots are bought against a written specification and checked before packing, not sorted after complaints. You get complete export paperwork — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, lab report — prepared in-house rather than outsourced. And you get one point of contact who knows your market's labelling rules, so the shipment clears customs instead of sitting at the port.
Wholesale programmes start at 500 kg per grade for air or LCL and scale to full containers. Buyers committing to a monthly schedule receive contracted pricing rather than spot rates.
Yes. For committed monthly volumes we can fix pricing for a quarter or a full crop year, insulating your margin from spot market movement between harvests.
Mixed-grade containers are standard. Each grade is packed and labelled separately with its own lot number so your warehouse can receive and price them independently.
First order runs on 30% advance and balance against documents. Established accounts move to LC at sight or, after a verified trading history, agreed credit terms.
An account manager holds your specification on file, forecasts against your sell-through and books freight in advance so replenishment shipments leave without a fresh negotiation each cycle.
